Bodybuilder dubbed ‘She-Hulk’ shares workout secrets for huge legs and big booty
A woman who has been dubbed “She-Hulk” has revealed the secrets to her fitness regime.
Anne Lima, from Brazil, competed in the Miss BumBum event this year but sadly missed out on a top spot.
The bodybuilder has been growing her gains for years and it doesn’t look like she’ll quit the gym anytime soon.

Now she’s revealed the secrets to her success with lifting weights as fans know her for her Arnold Schwarzenegger legs.
She also trains five days a week where she follows an intense workout, with two rest days.
Anne said: “Gaining muscle mass in the legs requires dedication.
“I like to pick up a lot of weight slowly. I use weights of 20kg or 25kg each side and I don’t stop the exercise when I start to feel pain.
“I train intensely and regularly, but I rest two for hypertrophy.”
When it comes to nutrition, Anne always consumes fats and carbohydrates before training.
She admitted: “It helps me to have a lot of energy to carry on the exercises.”
But above all, she emphasised the importance of heavy lifting when it’s not necessary.
Anne explained: “You don’t have to start carrying 20kg, the idea is to progressively increase it until you get to what you can handle.”
She has spent 13 years working on her physique which she previously admitted ruins her dating life.
While she loves the size of her legs, Anne claims men are embarrassed to strip off in front of her because of their insecurities.
Plus the model claims it’s even caused some dates to suffer from erectile dysfunction.
Anne commented: “They say they love my legs and they are big and beautiful.
“It affects me a lot because they are embarrassed because their legs are smaller than mine and they think I’m weird next to them.”
