Mum flaunts ‘deflated’ boob and says it’s ‘the gift of being able to age’
A mother has flaunted her “deflated boob” to show how even though motherhood has changed her body it has also “filled her up”.
Sarah Nicole Landry, AKA The Birds Papaya on Instagram, is a digital creator and mother of four who boasts over 2.2million Instagram followers.
She often creates content to help promote body positivity, and to help women feel more comfortable in their own skin.

In a recent post she opened up about the changes her body has gone through since becoming a mother, and she focused on the topic of breastfeeding.
She said that even though her boob is “deflated a little”, she’s proud of how her body has changed and worked hard to nourish her children.
Sarah shared the post to show a true reflection of her “womanhood”, and to help women understand it’s normal for their bodies to change and that it’s important to embrace the changes along the way.
Writing on Instagram, Sarah said: “I am deflated by what has filled me up.
“3.5 years of nourishment for my children, the gift that is being able to age, to change and skin that does it’s best to keep up with it all.
“It’s not familiar. But then again how could it be?
“When this is not what the magazines and TV showed me.”
She continued: “But this is me. This is my chest. More than just for nursing or for looking at.
“Parts of me that are part of it all.
“My womanhood, my motherhood. Me.
“Deflated a little, but filled up a lot.”
Since sharing the candid and defiant snap many people have celebrated Sarah for being so open about motherhood.
More than 51,000 people have liked the post, and over 600 people also commented on the snaps.
