Unearthed footage of outrageous Ronaldinho warm-up has fans marvel at his genius

Footage has re-emerged of Ronaldinho pulling off some fine trickery.

The former Brazilian star, 42, is known as one of the most skillful players with a ball ever seen by those the world over. From his early days at PSG to playing at the Nou Camp with Barcelona and then at the San Siro for AC Milan after that, the superstar has left a legacy on the game that will surely last for generations.

And now, as seen in grainy footage taken by a supporter in the stands, the icon is seen doing some audacious kick-ups – before delivering a wild finish.

He pings up the ball up really high on his right foot, before doing a 180-turn and cooly trapping it with his right foot.

The footage has stunned online users, who could not believe their eyes. One remarked: “Cameraman’s reaction is the same as every football fan watching this magician.” A second wrote: “Will always vote this man the greatest footballer to ever grace this world.”

A third stated: “There has never been anybody more skilled with a football than Ronaldinho and it’s not even close.” A shocked user said: “How the hell can you trap a ball that’s going that fast, that easily, from above?! Holy crap. #soccer.”

It comes after the ace pulled off some sublime piece of trickery in a charity football match – ‘The Beautiful Game’.

In America at the DRV PNK Stadium, which is the ground of David Beckham’s MLS franchise Inter Miami, Team Ronaldinho had their star player perform an audacious move.

It started when the former AC Milan player, who was teamed up with the likes of Paul Pogba, Paulo Dybala and Vinicius Jr, opened the scoring inside the opening seven minutes, putting the ball into the far right corner. But he did not stop there.

In the second half, Ronaldinho managed to flick the ball over Cafu’s head before making a neat pass.
