Horrific footage shows the moment a female tourist and her instructor were killed when their hang-glider suddenly plunged to earth ‘like a stone’ in Russia.
Anna Kozyreva, 43, was taking a joyride in the mountainous Adygea region before the hang glider fell to the ground on October 30.
A suspected wing problem on the motorised hang glider led to it plunging ‘like a stone’ with smoke visible from the stricken flying craft.
Pictures also showed fire and the wreckage at the crash site.

A shocking video shows the two spiralling towards the ground in front of horrified onlookers, who can be heard crying out in the background.
It is clearly out of control before the tragic crash occurs in front of the mountains.
One clip shows the glider flying overhead while another watches it falling from a distance.
Pictures also showed fire and the wreckage of the motorised hang glider at the crash site
The dead pilot, aged 48, was not identified.
Emergency services were called to the scene in the Maykop district of Adygea republic in southern Russia.
Reports said there was a suspected ‘deformed wing’ and a law enforcement investigation was underway into the cause of the tragic crash.
