They say imitation is the highest form of flattery and these people have gone to extreme lengths to look like their idols.
The following people have spent tens of thousands – sometimes hundreds of thousands – on plastic surgery and body modifications.
From a set of twins determined to look exactly like Brad Pitt to a mum and daughter duo who want to resemble Katie Price, we’ve seen it all.

Babe watch in Blighty
Carolyn Anderson is a British woman who worships the Canadian-American actress Pamela Anderson.
Fascinated by her red bathing suit and dream body in Baywatch, Carolyn spent almost £20,000 on her plastic surgery transformation.
She underwent every surgery possible, from her breasts to her lips and teeth and even changed her surname to emulate the Baywatch babe.
Of course, there is upkeep for Carolyn to continue to look like the star, which is why she gets regular botox injections that cost a fortune.
She has carved a niche for herself as the “Scouse Pammie”.
Twinning
Twin brothers spent a whopping £15,000 to look like megastar Brad Pitt.
Matt and Mike Schlepp admired the Hollywood star so much, they went to extreme lengths to look just like him.
The brothers, from Arizona, US, have reportedly gone through months of painful procedures in a bid to drastically alter their appearances, starting when they were only 19.
Mike has a nose job and cheek, jaw and chin implants, while Matt has a nose procedure and chin implants.
They both also had a total of 41 porcelain veneers placed over their teeth.
And appear completely different from their younger selves but whether they look like Brad is up for debate.
Oops I did it again
A Britney Spears megafan splashed more than £106,000 on over 100 cosmetic surgeries to look like his idol – and he’s vowed to never stop.
Bryan Ray is from Los Angeles, US, and his journey began when his mum paid £22,200 to get his veneers done when he was 17 to replicate the singer’s smile.
She gifted him his first nose job for his 21st birthday – but since then, Bryan saved his own money to change his appearance.
So far Bryan has had two rhinoplasties, cheek facial implants, soft tissue and lip augmentation and an eyelid lift, just to name a few.
Of course, work like this requires maintenance, so every six months Bryan gets Botox and every eight to 10 weeks he has hair removal surgery on his face and entire body.
Never say never
Unfortunately, the story of Tobias Strebel is a sad one.
The 35-year-old Californian spent £95,000 to look like Justin Bieber and appeared on numerous television and news shows, including Botched and Inside Edition.
Tobias’s obsession with his appearance didn’t start with the pop star but rather began as a desire to prevent his hair from thinning at the age of 23, however, once Justin hit the big-time in 2008, he then decided to transform his face to look like the star.
He underwent numerous plastic surgeries and cosmetic treatments, as well as cut his hair like the singer and dressed like him.
Tobias even tried to launch his own career to emulate his idol further.
Sadly his dream came to an end in 2015, when he was found dead in his hotel room in Los Angeles. He had ingested a deadly cocktail of drugs and alcohol which led to a lethal overdose.
A family affair
Mother-daughter duo Georgina Clarke and Kayla Morris share the same dreams of looking like supermodel Katie Price.
Over the years, the pair invested over £83,000 into this transformation, with Georgina previously allowing her then 18-year-old daughter to sleep with ‘sugar daddies’ to pay for their cosmetic surgeries.
Georgina and Kayla injected their lips over six times and enhanced their breast size to look like the famous Brit.
Kayla would also strip in order to afford all this, which she’d been doing since she was 17 and make about £2,000 per week.
In a previous interview with Jeremy Kyle, Georgina admitted she found surgeries ‘quite addictive’ and Kayla began planning her cosmetic surgeries to look like Katie aged just 11.
