‘Sex gets better with age’ as sexpert insists people don’t ‘peak’ in bed
A sexpert said people don’t “peak” in bed, as sex gets a lot better with age.
Dr. Nicole McNichols, AKA The Sex Professor to her over 20,000 Instagram followers, often shares sex and relationship advice.
In a recent post she revealed there’s no such thing as a sexual “peak”, as experience results in super hot sex.

Dr. Nicole created a video where she discussed if people reach a “sexual peak”, but it turns out being young doesn’t mean you’re going to be more active in bed.
Even though she says youth has its advantages, such as raging hormones and high energy levels, she said it doesn’t mean this is when you’ll have your “hottest” sex.

People may think they’d like to go back to their younger years when they were free to do as they wish, but she said age can be better when it comes to getting frisky.
In a recent video posted on her Instagram account, Dr. Nicole said: “There are things about getting older than can actually enhance sex.
“For example, amazing sex thrives on self-knowledge.
“Understanding what it is that feels good to your particular body.
“Fantastic sex also requires self-confidence and communication skills.
“Knowing what you like isn’t enough – you have to be comfortable asking for it.
“But sexual self-confidence and self-esteem and communication skills – these things tend to grow over time.
“Really what all this means is maybe sex actually gets better as you get older.”

Since she shared the explainer video, many people seem to agree with the idea sex gets better with age.
Several people replied in the comment section saying they feel more confident with sex now than ever before.
One person commented: “I am a 59-year-old woman, and absolutely at my sexual peak (or peaking later?)
“I have never felt so alive. Really appreciate all you do to educate and empower so many people!”
Another added: “They are definitely ahead of me.
“Not only do I know my body better, but I know myself emotionally, spiritually better.
“I know what I want, and I know how to ask for it.”
A third also said: “I’m 50, and I’m having the best sex of my life.”
