Bundesliga star’s WAG reveals tattoo of his shirt number on intimate place on her body

Bundesliga star Davie Selke’s wife has revealed a tattoo of his shirt number on an intimate place on her body.

The former Germany youth international joined Koln on a free transfer from Hertha Berlin earlier this week and has been unveiled holding up a shirt with his new number 27 on it. That has prompted his wife Evelyn to share her tattoo tribute to him with her Instagram followers after the deal was announced.

Taking to her Instagram story, she showed off her tattoo of the number 27 on her bum, lifting a strap on her bikini to display the ink.

Alongside the image, she also wrote: “Now the 27 on the butt finally makes sense again.” Selke has previously worn the number three times in his career during spells with Werder Bremen, RB Leipzig and Hertha.

The couple have been together for more than nine years, dating back to his time in the Bremen second team, and welcomed their first child in June of last year.

Selke has become the first player to don the number 27 at Koln since last season’s top scorer Anthony Modeste departed the club in the summer.

Modeste first wore the shirt between 2015 and 2017 before doing so again from 2018 to 2022. However, he departed the club in controversial circumstances at the end of last season.

The former Blackburn Rovers striker claimed that he was not offered a new deal despite his impressive campaign before later joining Borussia Dortmund. Koln put the decision down to a lack of funds at the time.

As a result, Modeste has not taken kindly to the news that Selke will now wear his old number for the remainder of the season and has been seen re-sharing messages of support on social media.

The French forward has added posts from friends, family and Koln fans to his Instagram story in recent days as his feud with his former club continues.

However, Koln sporting director Christian Keller has played down the debacle, explaining, via Bild: “For me, 27 is a normal number and if the two bring luck, that’s fine. When we said goodbye, we didn’t specify that the number would no longer be assigned.”
