After smashing goalscoring records at Red Bull Salzburg and Borussia Dortmund, Haaland signed for his dad’s old club City in the summer.

He has since continued his stunning form in front of goal by scoring 27 times in just 22 appearances this season. 21 of those goals have come in the league as he became the fastest player to 20 goals in the Premier League.

Having Phil and Gary Neville as your dad and uncle sets the bar high when it comes to continuing your family’s footballing legacy.

20-year-old right-back Harvey Neville remains in the early days of his senior career, following spells in the academies of both Manchester clubs and Spanish side Valencia.

After being promoted to the Inter Miami first team in August, he was handed his MLS debut by his dad in October. He has not played for the first team since, with just two appearances in his father’s side to his name to date.

Having joined City’s academy during his dad’s time at the club, Cole spent 12 years at the Etihad Stadium before joining Bradford City on a free transfer in 2015.

He has since had permanent spells with Fleetwood Town, Wigan Athletic, Doncaster Rovers and Motherwell before signing for Barnsley in 2021. So far this season, Cole has scored eight goals and provided one assist in 28 matches for the League One club.

The son of Chelsea legend Didier began his career with the Blues’ academy before playing in France and Italy for Guingamp and Cartese respectively.

It was reported at the time that Drogba had returned to France in January 2022 for school exams but that the club had not heard from him since. The 22-year-old remains listed as a member of Academica’s B team, having signed in 2021.

Often linked with a move away from Stoke, Campbell has scored four goals in 22 Championship appearances so far this season.

Shaun went on to win a league title with Chelsea along with six other major trophies during his career. Meanwhile, Bradley had spells with Southampton and Charlton Athletic before heading to the MLS, where he went on to become New York Red Bulls’ all-time leading goalscorer with 126 goals in 240 appearances.

After retiring in March, Bradley now works as the Red Bull’s director of football, with Shaun working as a pundit since his retirement in 2019.
