Gym babe drastically changes gym outfit and fans say she’s ‘beautiful either way’

A gym bunny opened up about why she’s started working out in baggy clothes.

Emma Apell, AKA Live Well With Apell on Instagram, is known for sharing fitness advice with her over 60,000 Instagram followers.

In a recent post she said she prefers to cover up rather than flaunt her bod at the gym.

Emma is known for showing women how to get fit without following too many restrictions, but recently she turned her focus to body image.

In the honest post she said she has days when her body image isn’t a top priority – and she just likes to feel comfortable.

She shared two snaps side-by-side to show how different she can look depending on how she’s feeling.

She said wearing baggy clothing can sometimes make her feel more “comfortable”

One showed her covering up her bod in tracksuit bottoms and a loose-fitted top.

Meanwhile the other picture revealed what she looks like when donning tight clothing – namely tight gym pants and a crop top.

Even though she looks super fit in her gym gear, she said sometimes wearing baggy clothing can bring her a lot of “comfort”.

Writing on Instagram, Emma said: “I woke up today not feeling too comfortable in my own body, I guess you could say I had one of those days where my body image weren’t at the top.

“And that Is okay – we all have these days, and I wanted to make this post to let you know that you’re never alone (and also let you know how I do be getting myself through these days).

Emma admitted she has days when her image isn’t on her list of top priorities

“What works for me – wear comfy and baggy clothes.

“This makes me focus on being comfortable which always helps.

“Go out for fresh air makes my mind feel so refreshed.

“Move my body!! This always helps me feel better, especially when I wear comfy clothes like today.

“I remind myself that this feeling has nothing to do with how my body looks and that it is all in my head.

“I also focus on the function of my body, like reminding myself of all the incredible things my body can do.

“I plan in something that day that makes my soul happy.

“In this way I get to focus ok something else, and also appreciate life a little extra.”

The online coach has a huge following on Instagram where she shares fitness advice

Emma also noted people get one life and one body – so there’s no point sitting around and “putting hate on yourself”.

She said this sort of behaviour won’t get you anywhere, and you need to find ways to help you cope with the lower moments and find out what works for you.

The fitness guru also said she wants people to remember that, when you feel low about your body image, it’s usually all in your head.

For this reason she said people need to show themselves the “respect and love” they deserve.

Since she shared the snaps many people have thanked her for opening up about body image.

Many people have liked the post, and several people left messages of encouragement.

One person said: “Beautiful either way. I admire your dedication.”

Another added: “You always speak straight to my heart.”

Meanwhile, a third commented: “I love this. Literally felt like this yesterday.”
