It’s been 60 plus years since Marilyn Monroe died – but the blonde bombshell is still one of the world’s most recognisable faces.

And the Hollywood screen legend continues to inspire women to replicate her iconic look.

Some have splurged thousands on surgeries to do just that, while others have made a full time career out of being a double for the stunning actress.

Below, we meet some of the beauties who get stopped in the street for looking like Marilyn Monroe.

Serena Smith

Although Marilyn never had a Brazilian Butt Lift, one of her biggest fans has.

Surgery addict Serena Smith has spent £50,000 to look like the glamour queen who tragically died aged 36.

Serena, from Toronto, Canada, got a boob job aged 18 and has been on a plastic rampage ever since.

And speaking exclusively with us, the professional singer said: “I love getting attention and I love getting reactions, I don’t take life too seriously and I love to provoke people. I find it hilarious.

“I drive around in my hot pink Range Rover with the windows down blasting my song Pricey B**** blowing kisses and waving at all the men.

“Everyone always smiles, waves or blows me back a kiss. Sometimes they’ll even stop traffic and pull over lol.”

The 24 year old added: “Surgery has given me a 100% boost in my confidence. I’ve said this a lot that all I want is to be comfortable and confident in my own skin and I’m on that journey now.”

Jasmine Chiswell

Perhaps the most famous Marilyn lookalike is gorgeous Glaswegian Jasmine Chiswell, who has more than a million Instagram followers.

Jasmine, who is in her late 20s, is a mirror image for her and she even bought a £2million Runyon Canyon mansion where Marilyn herself lived.

Fans love Jasmine for having the same blonde curls and enviable figure – and she has appeared on This Morning to discuss the comparison.

She now has 16.4million followers on TikTok and is living the American dream in Hollywood for her uncanny resemblance to Marilyn.

And speaking about becoming an internet sensation, she said: “It went crazy, which I can’t believe. My first video went viral… Social media has become my main job now.”

Bianca Blakney

Bianca Blakney has been dressing in 1950s vintage attire for six years – and she has gained millions of fans by doing it.

The mum-of-three, from Vancouver Island, Canada, is often asked for selfies from strangers.

Speaking with Daily Star, the 25-year-old said: “I am regularly stopped when I am out shopping or just walking down the street and I love the positive interactions that I have.

“In contrast to my persona on social media, I’m a little shy and socially awkward in person, but I do my best to put people at ease when I chat or take pictures with supporters.

“Often, I’ll receive messages online saying, ‘I saw you at the shopping mall, but I was too shy to say hello’.”

Older people are also keen to chat with Bianca – who believes her throwback look reminds them of a bygone era.

Bianca, who has 11.6million TikTok followers, added: “I think it triggers fond feelings of nostalgia for them, and they will tell me that their mother used to wear her hair the way I do, or that they used to have a dress very similar to the one I am wearing.

“They don’t recognise me from my social media the way that the younger crowd does and I am quite happy to chat and reminisce with them about their younger years and share a genuine connection.”

As well as having a considerable social media presence, Bianca also rakes in dollars as a racy model on OnlyFans.

She also proudly describes herself as being “one of the world’s most popular modern pinup and vintage fashion icons”.

Suzie Kennedy

Actress Suzie Kennedy has featured on Britain’s Got Talent and The Chase because of her likeness to Marilyn.

But the American, who lives in London, most recently appeared on our screens to blast the Netflix biopic Blonde.

After going on TalkTV, she told her fans: “Blonde is an insult to the memory of Marilyn. Her dying wish was that she would not be a joke.

“She also turned down a role to play Jean Harlow, her idol , as she didn’t like the movie portrayed her and prayed they would not treat her this way one day. Sadly they have.

“But us, her fans, are there to defend her and set the record straight. She did not deserve this treatment. I am heartbroken for her legacy.

“The only thing that gives me peace is knowing that the light wins. Darkness will never blow out the light. Marilyn’s star will continue to shine long after these films have rotted away to obscurity.”

Doppelganger Suzie, who is in her 40s, still models as Marilyn and has fronted commercials for Pepsi, Citroen and Guinness.
