Logan Paul ‘ruins’ WWE Elimination Chamber match ahead of huge WrestleMania bout

Logan Paul “ruined” the WWE Elimination Chamber match ahead of a huge bout with Seth Rollins at Wrestlemania 39.

The YouTube star, who signed with WWE last year, gatecrashed the match at the Bell Centre in Montreal on Saturday night, leaving fans fuming. Rollins had been on the verge of eliminating Austin Theory to win the bout and claim the WWE United States Championship when Paul entered the chamber.

He was booed by the crowd inside the arena as he hit Rollins with a buckshot lariat off the ropes before stealing his rival’s signature stomp to leave him in agony on the canvas.

As he finally left the structure, Theory was able to see off Rollins and claim victory, much to the frustration of wrestling fans watching the match at home.

Reacting to the match on social media, one viewer tweeted: “Logan Paul ruins everything everywhere he goes.” Another added: “Sigh… Of course Logan Paul ruins it all.”

A third fan also wrote: “So Logan Paul ruins a great WWE Chamber match.” Meanwhile, another commented: “And Logan Paul ruins the match, gross.”

Logan Paul attacked Seth Rollins inside the chamber

Paul is set to face Rollins in April at Wrestlemania 39 as their rivalry intensifies both in and out of the ring. Rollins has been publicly criticising Paul since he eliminated him from the Royal Rumble last month.

Continuing their war of words, Rollins hit out at Paul in a recent Instagram Live video, exclaiming: “All I know is I don’t like Logan Paul.

“A lot of us really don’t. I don’t really need him in my locker room, in my space. The guy is ultra-talented as far as athletic ability is concerned.

“He snuck up on me at the Rumble, dumped me, fine, whatever. I took my eyes off the ball — that’s on me. But don’t go bragging about it like you did something otherworldly.”

Paul made his WWE debut last year at Wrestlemania 38, starring alongside The Miz in a tag-team match against Rey and Dominik Mysterio.

He has since wowed fans with his performances at SummerSlam and Crown Jewel, before appearing in the Royal Rumble in January of this year.
