Perv banned from every McDonald’s in UK for sick antics jailed for breaching court order
A pervert who was banned from every McDonald’s toilet in the UK for taking hundreds of seedy up-skirt images of women has been thrown in jail.
Asere Shumba, 27, was nicked after being caught breaching a court order he received for taking clandestine pictures in the ladies’ of a Surrey Maccies and a Walkabout bar in Derby.
Following the offences, an image of Shumba was distributed to restaurant workers so they could identify him if he used their lavatory.

A court heard Shumba was spotted by a member of staff going into the women’s cubicles at a Derby branch of the fast food chain at 6pm on December 28 last year.
The worker, who was aware of his previous offending, followed him in to the toilet and told him to leave before police officers were called.
Shumba tried to protest his innocence by telling staff he thought he was in the men’s toilet.
He was arrested at his home address in Derby later that evening and was charged with breaching his Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
On Tuesday (21/2) he was jailed for 20 weeks after admitting the offence at Derby Crown Court.
Shumba had previously been handed the five year order after being convicted of two counts of voyeurism in January 2021.
On two occasions he had filmed women using the female toilets and was caught in possession of almost 400 upskirt-style photos.
Recorder William Harbage KC previously told him: “The offence of voyeurism is serious as it invades people’s privacy and dignity.”
The judge added it was not clear what drove him to commit the offences but that he clearly ‘got sexual gratification from it.’
In December, when Shumba was arrested, a different court heard a statement from a female member of staff from McDonald’s.
In it, she said “I recognised him and he followed me upstairs and made some conversation with me. I thought he was going to sit down and order some food but instead, I watched as he walked into the female toilets.”
That staff member said there was a woman in the toilets and when they entered she said ‘I think there’s a male in one of the cubicles acting suspiciously’ so she banged on the door and the defendant replied ‘what do you want?’
They said to him ‘you are in the female toilets, you need to get out’ and he replied ‘I thought this was the male toilets?’.”
