Husband admits chopping head off wife and dumping it in Emily in Paris park

A man has admitted to brutally murdering his wife with his own hands before chopping her head off.

Assia Matoug’s body parts were found in the historic Buttes-Chaumont Park which is considered to be ‘one of the most beautiful parks in Paris’, France.

Yousef Matoug has now confessed to the sickening attack and trying to hide the evidence at a park featured in the Netflix hit series, Emily in Paris.

Mum-of-three Assia from Montreuil in the north-east of the French capital was reported missing with her phone switched off on February 6.

Over a week later on February 13, park gardeners made the horror discovery of a woman’s pelvis stashed in a plastic bag which had been dumped in a bin.

The body part prompted an investigation which led detectives to Assia’s head in another waste bag.
