Machine gun killer gives Snapchat tour of cushy jail cell that has two Xboxes
A machine gun killer used a smuggled mobile phone to give a Snapchat tour of his cushy jail cell, showing off his two Xboxes and footy gear.
Mohamud Mohamud, then 30, along with Cadil Huseen, and Hussein Ali, 26, were part of a gang whose feud with rivals spilled over into bloody voilence in 2013.
In court, they admitted killing Mohammed Abdi in Duddingston, Edinburgh on May 26 that year, and Mohamud Mohamud was eventually sent to HMP Shotts in North Lanarkshire, Scotland.

Nearly 10 years into his 25-year sentence, the violent killer has taken to Snapchat on what is believed to be a non-prison issue mobile to brag about his life on the inside.

The Sun reported that Mohamud got together with other lags and celebrated their “gang activity” in a galling 28-second clip.
As he pans around his cell in the clip, Mohamud brags: “I’ve got 360 and the old X-Box as well, you know what I mean, for my tunes.
“F****n, I had a hard drive… my f***** hard drive got taken away, so I’m f**** gutted, man. I ended up getting one of these.”
In another picture, he poses in his Chelsea FC gear alongside other inmates. The image was captioned “gang activity’s”.
A source told The Sun: “It’s absolutely shocking that a guy like this has the ability to contact people on the outside, never mind the fact he’s boasting about his gangster lifestyle in jail.
“He seems to be living a very comfy life with all sorts of perks including two X-boxes. It’s outrageous.”
Mohamud’s victim Abdi was shot from inside a VW as he smashed the back of the car with a baseball bat during the gang battle that claimed his life.
In 2014, a court heard that five shots were discharged from the machine gun before it jammed. Three of them hit Abdi – the fatal shot was through the chest.
Mohamud was caught at the scene by police, while Huseen hid in a shed and then fled to London where he was arrested in June 2013.
Ali fled to Kenya but agreed to return to the UK after extradition proceedings began.
The three men came to Scotland as they thought they could make more money from their drug empire, the Daily Record reported at the time.
