UFC ring girl strips down to skimpy underwear and even her colleagues are impressed

Carly Baker left her 246,000 followers and her own colleagues in a heap with her recent Instagram upload.

The UFC ring girl is more than accustomed to stripping down to her underwear and getting in front of the camera. She was back on home soil for UFC 286 on a historic night for British MMA and the company as a whole at the 02 Arena.

Baker had one of the best seats in the house when Leon Edwards edged Kamaru Usman on points to retain his UFC welterweight title. However, in the same way the legendary Brummie bowled over his millions of fans with his gutsy performance, Baker’s recent post has left everybody, from comments section lingerers to her own fellow ring girls, asking for more.

The British ring girl swapped her iconic black ring girl outfit for a daring white, Reebok lingerie outfit. It’s safe to say, it has certainly gone down well amongst her fan base and some of her colleagues.

One of her fans wrote: “Go girl” before another added, “wow…good girl…thank you.” “I love them all baby,” said another fan before one person suggested he may be in need of medical treatment, writing: “damn Carly, I might have to get back on blood pressure medicine. Looking great!”

Even her fellow ring girls Camila Oliveira and Jhenny Andrade commenting “go girl” and “lovely” respectively. To keep herself in peak condition, Baker works extremely hard in the gym with a series of gruelling workouts.

In a way, her training plan, diet, and routine could almost be described as akin to that of the fighters she helps promote in the ring. And there was even one stage where, for a very brief horrifying period, she thought she was going to be swapping the lingerie and the sign, for some fighting gear and UFC gloves.

Baker’s many colleagues also loved her recent post

“The UFC pranked me on April Fool’s – they announced I was going to fight and for a second I was terrified they were serious,” she said in an interview with CoachMag. “Sometimes I think I’d like to, but then I see someone like Ronda Rousey go to work in the flesh and it’s insane.

“I’m quite fond of my face the way it is now so I’ll stick to being on the other side of the cage.”
