Ultimate golf cheat Donald Trump claims seven hole in ones – four less than Kim Jong-Il

Donald Trump has made no secret of his love for the game of golf, but the former President of the United States is known to have bent a rule or two whilst out on the course.

Trump owns 21 golf courses across the globe, including the iconic former Open venue Turnberry in South Ayrshire, Scotland. According to multiple reports the 45th US President bodes an impressive handicap of 2.8, which has been questioned by many.

Arguably his most impressive record though comes with his hole-in-one tally, with the 76-year-old claiming last year that he holed his seventh ace in his lifetime.

Most amateur golfers are lucky to land golf’s holy grail once in their lives, let along seven, leading many to question the legitimacy of Trump’s outlandish claim.

Whether his hole-in-one record is true or not, it appears the American is not the most successful world leader out on the golf course.

Another Presidential porky seemed to have come from the late leader of North Korea Kim Jong-Il, who claimed he landed 11 (yes 11) aces in just one round at Pyongyang Golf Course, making Trump’s so-called record look average in comparison.

Just a few months ago Trump’s golfing etiquette was once again questioned, after he secured his 21st title at his West Palm Beach Club. Taking to social media, the former President wrote: “A great honor to have won the Senior Club Championship at Trump International Golf Club, one of the best courses in the Country, in Palm Beach County, Florida.

“Competed against many fine golfers, and was hitting the ball long and straight. The reason that I announce this on fabulous TRUTH is that, in a very real way, it serves as a physical exam, only MUCH tougher.

“You need strength and stamina to WIN, & I have strength & stamina – most others don’t. You also need strength & stamina to GOVERN!”

Once again though Trump’s victory came with a huge question mark. This comes after it was revealed that the 76-year-old failed to compete in the opening round of the event.

His fellow competitors then arrived to see Trump head a five-point lead on the day, according to the Daily Mail.
