Bayern Munich’s ‘sexiest fan’ offered to chauffeur Marco Reus if he joined from Dortmund

Bayern Munich may never have had to deal with the Sadio Mane scandal had Marco Reus taken up an offer from their ‘sexiest fan’.

Mane is set to return to Thomas Tuchel‘s squad for the second leg of their Champions League quarter-final against Manchester City tonight (April 19) having been suspended for the weekend’s draw with Hoffenheim for punching team-mate Leroy Sane at the Etihad.

His long-term future at the club looks bleak, however, with reports suggesting he’ll be moved on in the summer and Bayern will be on the hunt for a new left winger.

That was also the case back in 2014, when Reus was one of their transfer targets. They’d already signed Mario Gotze and Robert Lewandowski from Bundesliga rivals Borussia Dortmund.

Reus didn’t follow suit, despite a highly tempting offer from German glamour model and Bayern fan Ina-Maria Schnitzer, better known professionally as Jordan Carver.

She offered to chauffeur him to her beloved club after he was convicted of driving without a license and banned from getting behind the wheel.

“Marco, my beloved. I am not only willing to be your chauffeur 24/7, but I can help you get your driver’s licence back,” she is reported to have said by Bondgaplus.

“Just agree to the following conditions: either love me or you have to move from Dortmund to Bayern. I’m slightly greedy, but both options are awesome!”

Reus did neither and remains a Dortmund player to this day having stayed loyal to the club. A lot has changed in the years since for Schnitzer, though, since being dubbed Bayern’s ‘sexiest fan’.

She left behind her modelling career in 2017 after giving birth to her first child and is now engaged to entrepreneur Umut Kekilli, with 1.7million Instagram followers keeping up to date with the 37-year-old’s new life.
