Nate Diaz ‘chokes out’ Logan Paul lookalike in street brawl as Dana White reacts

Nate Diaz was seen ‘choking’ a Logan Paul lookalike to unconsciousness during a street brawl in New Orleans following a YouTuber boxing event.

The fan-favourite former UFC star caused a stir both during and after a Misfits event having hurled a water bottle at reality TV star Chase DeMoor inside the XULA Convocation Centre.

A clip from outside the venue showed Diaz, who has signed up to make his boxing debut against Jake Paul in August, clashing with another spectator.

In the short video, fans can be seen scrapping, with the Logan lookalike raising open palms to Diaz seemingly to calm things down.

However, the 38-year-old got him in a guillotine choke – similar to the one he beat Tony Ferguson with in his final UFC bout back in September.

The fan, which was reportedly TikToker Rodney Petersen who even met with Logan earlier this year, quickly lost consciousness and was dropped onto his back by Diaz, who walked away from the incident.

Elsewhere at a poker event, UFC president Dana White’s reaction to seeing the clip was also shared on social media, saying that Diaz could well be sued.

White said: “He knocked him out! Whoever that is he knocked him out. That guy’s head bounced like a f***ing basketball.’

Concluding with his head in his hand: ‘He’s going to get sued like a motherf****r’.’

The incident comes four months before Diaz is set for a huge payday in fighting the younger of the Paul brothers having opted to see out his contract with the leading MMA promotion.

Conor McGregor, who both lost and beat Diaz during their time together in the UFC, was also quick to react after seeing the footage.

The Irishman said: “Hahaha Nate on a rampage tonight! Let’s go Nate! Hahaha.”
