‘Turkey’ Jack Grealish has vodka poured down throat in boozy Man City parade

Jack Grealish called himself a turkey and downed vodka during Manchester City’s title parade – after admitting that he hadn’t been to sleep.

City players took to a purpose built stage in Manchester after a bus tour of the city having added Champions League glory to their Premier League and FA Cup crowns.

Grealish, 27, looked worse for wear in a high vis jacket after 24 hours of partying including a 12-hour stop over in Ibiza.

He said on the microphone: “Guys, guys. Seriously, hold on one second.”

When asked if he was okay by presenter Natalie Pike, Grealish added: “Yeah… just basically, for the past 24 hours I’ve had the best day and night. To be fair, I don’t think I’ve slept.”

Natalie then asked for the microphone back but he refused, saying: “Na, na, one sec. Right I’m a turkey and the turkey needs feeding.”

Kyle Walker then said: “Jack, Jack? Is the pigeon thirsty?”

Grealish then stood bolt upright and threw his head back as Kalvin Phillips poured what looked to be Grey Goose vodka down his throat to the delight of fans and colleagues.

The players didn’t stay on stage for long before heading off to their party, with fans left drenched by the wet weather as rain threatened to spoil the day.
