Prince George makes ‘cheeky’ remark as he waves to royal fans during parade

Prince George was seen making a “cheeky” comment as he waved to the public during the Trooping the Colour parade.

The young heir to the throne was seen sitting in the carriage with his mother Kate Middleton, grandmother Queen Camilla and his younger siblings Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis as they made their way back to Buckingham Palace.

During the ride, the family waved to the public and were seen chatting amongst themselves, with beaming smiles.

At one point, the family were seen giggling at the young royals as Prince George apparently made a “cheeky” comment to his family.

Lip reader Jeremy Freeman claims to have spotted the future King saying: “Bet they’re kinda proud of me.”

He then turns back to face the crowd of thousands of royal fans who were cheering as they rode past.

The next time the children were seen was on the balcony of Buckingham Palace to watch the flyover.

Dozens of planes take to the skies as thousands of people gathered to watch the display.

One of the most attention-grabbing aspects of the display was the moment a cluster of jets passed overhead spelling out the initials “CR”.

The initials stood for Charles Rex, and the roughly 11 planes followed the world-famous Red Arrows aerobatics team, which emitted red, white and blue smoke above the Palace.

The Trooping the Colour ceremony is performed every year in London by regiments of the British Army to celebrate the birthday of the monarch.
