BREAKING NEWS: Idaho murders suspect Bryan Kohberger could face the DEATH PENALTY as prosecutors say they’ll seek to have him executed if he’s found guilty at trial

  • Bryan Kohberger, 28, is accused of murdering four University of Idaho students in their beds in the college town of Moscow
  • He was arrested December 30 and charged with the November 13 killings of Kaylee Goncalves, 21; Madison Mogen, 21; Xana Kernodle, 20; Ethan Chapin, 20
  • On Monday, prosecutors in Idaho informed the judge that they intend to seek the death penalty if Kohberger is convicted 

Bryan Kohberger could be executed by the state of Idaho if he is convicted of murdering four students in the town of Moscow, prosecutors on Monday confirmed.
