On Sunday, a group of approximately 30 church members gathered in South Gippsland church to offer prayers for Mr Wilkinson’s ongoing healing.

“A member of the church informed the Herald Sun that he is currently in a satisfactory condition, but we have limited information beyond that.”

“He is definitely making progress.”

Trevor Shaw, a member of the church, expressed to the publication that the town had a strong desire for the unveiling of the ‘truth’.

“He stated that everyone has been fervently praying for Ian’s recuperation and for the revelation of the truth.”

The most important aspect is that the truth will be revealed, and once that happens, we can all find some relief as it will bring a sense of closure.

Members of the close-knit Korumburra Baptist Church will gather to honor Mrs. Wilkinson, the wife of the deceased, at a public memorial on Wednesday.

The memorial is expected to be similar to that held for the Pattersons on August 31 when more than 450 mourners gathered at the Korumburra Recreation Centre to pay their respects to the beloved couple.

Last month, Simon Patterson publicly honored his parents during a memorial service.

It is unclear whether Mr. Wilkinson has had any contact with homicide detectives as he has not been seen in public since being discharged from the Austin Hospital.

In an online tribute, the family expressed that Ms Wilkinson had lived a fulfilling life.

“It stated that she was cherished as a wife, daughter, sister, mother, beloved mother-in-law, grandmother, and a dear friend to numerous individuals.”

She lived a fulfilling life and we hold great affection for her. We will deeply miss her until we reunite. She is now in the presence of her Lord Jesus at home.

Last week, Daily Mail Australia revealed that Mr Patterson had security cameras installed in his house just days after his release from hospital.

Victoria Police has declined to comment on claims by veteran crime reporter John Silvester that forensic tests have led police to conclude the mushrooms in the infamous meal were responsible for the trio’s deaths.

A spokesperson from Victoria Police stated that the investigation is still in progress.

Erin Patterson has refuted any allegations of misconduct, and Daily Mail Australia is not insinuating that she deliberately poisoned her four family members.
