John Miller, a renowned English artist, resided at Ferryman’s Rest and gained recognition for his depictions of serene coastal landscapes in Cornwall.

The artist who specializes in watercolor is famous for his paintings titled ‘Beach’ and ‘Midsummer Day’, both of which were created within the premises.

The property, consisting of two floors, has its own set of stairs leading directly to the beach.

It also has two separate sitting out areas which enjoy the views and offer a good deal of privacy from the main house.

Estate agent Lillicrap Chilcott is selling all three properties together, and each of them has private access to the beach.
