The collection of memorabilia and personal belongings belonging to the late actor Sir Roger Moore, who portrayed 007, has been auctioned off by his family for a remarkable sum of £1.1million.
Lots, such as the white ski suit from A View to a Kill and his personal passport, were sold at Bonhams in London for more than twice the estimated price of £415,300.
The actor, who died in 2017 at the age of 89, had amassed a vast collection of items, including 20 007 Swatches, given to him to celebrate Bond’s 40th anniversary, which sold for £76,600.
The Omega Speedmaster watch he owned, initially valued at £5,000-7,000, was sold for £61,360. Similarly, his limited edition Omega Seamaster, with an estimated value of £20,000-30,000, was sold for £57,550.
