What is the current status of the winners of Big Brother?

After being off air for five years, Big Brother is finally scheduled to make a comeback on Sunday.

While a few individuals pursued careers in the public eye, others chose to return to their ordinary lives as they realized that fame was not their preference.

MailOnline is revisiting the past winners of the show as fans gear up for another six weeks of watching the events unfold. Can you identify how many of them you remember?

Big Brother 1 – Craig Phillips

Throughout the years, she made appearances in different men’s magazines such as Nuts and Zoo. Additionally, she participated in Celebrity Love Island in 2006.

Kate currently runs her own podcast titled Maybe Baby, where she offers her audience a glimpse into her experiences as a mother to her two-year-old daughter Noa. Noa is shared between Kate and her husband, Martin ‘Boj’ Bojtos.

Big Brother 4 – Cameron Stout

During an interview on Good Morning Scotland, he expressed his willingness to repeat the experience with his housemates, specifically the ones he was living with. He also believes that their group has been more successful than others in maintaining communication with everyone.

Following the performance, Nadia unveiled her new single titled “A Little Bit Of Action” and subsequently made several guest appearances on game shows.

After emerging as the winner of the fifth series, she pursued a career in hairdressing and currently works as a stylist.

Big Brother 6 – Anthony Hutton

Anthony Hutton, aged 41, came close to missing his opportunity to be on Big Brother as he hesitated to pick up a call from producers due to it being an unfamiliar number.

The person from Newcastle confessed that he experienced a period of sadness after winning the show because he used his winnings to buy cars and go on trips to Las Vegas with his friends.

In 2016, Anthony, who is a passionate boxer, established his own barbershop in Durham. Additionally, he used his winnings to purchase a house for his mother.

He is currently in a romantic partnership with his partner Sophie, and together they have a son named Cruz.

Big Brother 7 – Pete Bennett

Brian, a devoted fan of the show, briefly came back for the 2015 series. However, he departed from the house following a heated disagreement with Helen Wood, another previous winner who also made a comeback.

Brian had filed a lawsuit against the creators of The Only Way Is Essex, claiming that they had plagiarized his concept from his own documentary titled Totally Essex. Eventually, the matter was resolved outside of court.

It seems that Brian has decided to live a private life as he has not made any television appearances since then and does not seem to have any presence on social media platforms.

It’s not known what Sam is up to these days as he doesn’t appear to have any social media accounts and has stayed out of the spotlight apart from an appearance on a Welsh TV series in 2014.

During her stay in the house, producers cautioned her for displaying aggressive behavior towards her fellow housemates.

The next year, Helen briefly came back to Big Brother and was given another formal warning due to her treatment of Brian Belo.

Ben Frow, a producer for Channel 5, subsequently prohibited her from making any future appearances on Big Brother. He admitted that it was an error to have invited her back for the 2015 season.

In 2019, she published a memoir titled A Man’s World and has subsequently withdrawn from the public sphere.
