British Muslim convert Aine Leslie Davis, 39, was deported from Turkey last August and was previously suspected of being a member of the Islamic State. He recently served a seven-and-a-half-year sentence in the cage there for membership of the murderous extremist group.
He was accused in August of recruiting one of his wife’s pals to smuggle around £21k in cash into the UK in her knickers in 2014. The money had allegedly been raised in the UK with the intention of funding IS.

The ISIS Beatles earned their bizarre moniker from their Western hostages due to their English accents. Sickening videos of them beheading journalists and aid workers stunned the world and caused a global uproar.

Davis was arrested on his arrival at Luton Airport on August 10 by British Counter Terrorism officers who charged him with a trio of offences. He appeared via video link from Belmarsh prison at the Old Bailey on Monday (October 16) where he pleaded guilty to possession of a firearm contrary to Section 57 of the Terrorism Act 2000, and two charges of funding terrorism between 2013 and 2014.
Sentencing for his actions has been adjourned until November 13 by Judge Lucraft.

In August, prosecutors told the court how Davis’s wife Amal El-Wahabi had recruited old school friend, Nawal Msaad, to bring cash into Turkey. She is reported to have been paid £1,000 for the job but was stopped by Turkish authorities in Istanbul upon arrival.
