Boy stabbed outdoors faculty rushed to hospital with ‘critical accidents’

A teenage boy has been rushed to hospital with ‘critical accidents’ after allegedly being stabbed outdoors a faculty in Leeds this afternoon.

The 15-year-old was assaulted within the Town Street space close to Horsforth School & Sixth Form simply earlier than 3pm as we speak, West Yorkshire Police confirmed. 

Emergency providers transported the boy to hospital in crucial situation.

Officers have arrested one other teenager in connection to the incident. 

Police cordons stay in place whereas officers perform their investigation.

Paul Bell, a headteacher on the faculty, informed the BBC that the sufferer was a former pupil and had been stabbed on St Margaret’s Avenue.

Mr Bell stated officers are conscious that the incident has ‘upset’ and brought about ‘misery’ to each college students and workers who know the sufferer.

‘Our ideas and sympathies lie together with his household at the moment whereas the scholar is receiving medical therapy,’ he added. 

A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police informed MailOnline: ‘Police had been known as to the Town Street space in Horsforth at 2.57pm as we speak to a report a teen had been assaulted and severely injured.

‘Emergency providers attended and a 15-year-old boy was taken to hospital in a crucial situation.

‘Police cordons are in place and a teenage male has been arrested in reference to the incident.

‘Enquiries into what occurred are ongoing by Leeds District CID.’
