Australian captain Pat Cummins was left bemused on Sunday when Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, left him on their lonesome on stage after having introduced him with the Cricket World Cup trophy.

Cummins and Co defeated the hosts India on the Narendra Modi stadium, with Travis Head main the best way for Australia, prime scoring for them with 137 runs from 120 balls. Following the sport, Cummins went up on stage to gather the trophy from Modi, solely to be left alone because the India PM made a rapid exit, clearly not within the temper to change pleasantries.

What adopted was Cummins simply awkwardly standing up on stage as fireworks and a light-weight present went on behind him, with the Australian skipper trying bemused at what had simply unfolded in entrance of his very eyes and questioning what to do subsequent.
