Israel-Hamas newest information: Hostage launch below risk as considerations raised over checklist

Monday’s launch of Israeli hostages held in Gaza is below risk after each Jerusalem and Hamas raised concern over the lists of detainees to be freed, an official briefed on the matter instructed Reuters.

The official instructed Reuters that mediators are working with each events to resolve points and keep away from delays because the truce enters its remaining day.

“There is a slight issue with today’s lists. The Qataris are working with both sides to resolve it and avoid delays,” the official stated.

In the earlier three days of the truce Israel submitted the names of Palestinian ladies and youngsters it might launch from jail and Hamas would submit the names of Israeli civilian hostages it might launch not less than 12 hours forward of the discharge.

The pause, which started on Friday, has seen 58 hostages freed, with over 100 Palestinian prisoners launched by Israel in return. The ceasefire entered its final day on Monday.
