Griefing daughter has automotive stolen with each dad and mom ashes inside

  • The automotive was stolen between 6pm on Thursday and seven.50am on Friday

A grief stricken daughter mourning the dying of each dad and mom is devastated after her automotive was stolen with their ashes within the boot.

Sara Rodgers, 49, collected the stays on Thursday for interment on the crematorium on Friday and left them within the automotive in a single day.

The white Toyota CHR automotive was stolen between 6pm on Thursday and seven.50am on Friday whereas parked in Osborne Road in Sheffield.

She is now interesting for the return of the ashes of her mom Jacqueline and father David Smith, who died from most cancers aged 72 and 75 respectively.

‘We needed the ceremony to go forward on Friday so that we might have someplace to go.

‘At the minute the plaque is there, however no person’s there. It has introduced all of the grief again.

The field containing the ashes was created from mild oak and was inscribed together with her dad and mom’ names and their delivery and dying years.

‘I’d similar to the ashes returning,’ she stated. ‘They are of no worth to anybody else, however they’re to my household.’

South Yorkshire Police stated: ‘We know on this case, the massively valuable and mawkish contents of the urn will probably be on the forefront of the victims’ minds following this heartless theft.’
