Police examine after younger Jewish girl is ‘violently assaulted’

Police are investigating a potential hate crime after a younger Jewish girl was ‘violently assaulted and robbed’, the Met has mentioned.

At round 4.30pm on Thursday, the 20-year-old was robbed on Rostrevor Avenue in Stamford Hill, north London, by two ladies who ran off in direction of the A10, the Metropolitan Police mentioned.

She was reportedly left bruised, however didn’t have to go to hospital.

Footage of the incident circulated on-line after it was tweeted by neighbourhood watch group Shomrim.
