Second ‘Banksy bandit’ suspect ARRESTED by Met police

A second man has been arrested on suspicion of theft and prison injury after Banksy‘s £250,000 ‘drone cease’ signal artwork set up was stolen in broad daylight.

The piece of avenue artwork – a visitors cease signal coated with three plane resembling navy drones – was revealed in Peckham, southeast London, at noon on Friday.

But lower than an hour after Banksy confirmed it was real by posting a photograph on social media, witnesses noticed the art work being eliminated by a person with bolt cutters.

A person in his 40s was arrested immediately in reference to the elimination of the artwork set up, the Met Police has mentioned. He stays in police custody.

A 23-year-old man was arrested in reference to the incident yesterday. He has been bailed pending additional inquiries till a date in mid-March.

Video confirmed a person with bolt cutters climbing up on a bicycle to take away the work from an indication put up on the intersection of Southampton Way and Commercial Way whereas one other man steadied the bike. The man who minimize the signal free then ran off with it in his hand.
