Amazing footage captured the second an unlimited tiger rested peacefully on a wall in a distant village in India.

The giant animal sat on a brick wall in Athkona village, within the state of Uttar Pradesh, and drew the eye of an enormous crowd of locals.

It was thought to have escaped from the Tiger Reserve Forest in Pilibhit district, and reportedly wandered into somebody’s dwelling on Monday night time.

The tigress is believed to be round two years outdated, the  the Indian Express reported.

Its dwelling, Pilibhit Tiger Reserve, homes 127 animals, which embody hog deers, leopards and blue bulls, in addition to 326 fowl species. 

Forest division officers arrived on the scene on Tuesday and cordoned the world with a web.

The tiger was then tranquilised and safely captured by a staff of forest officers after about ten hours on the unfastened, earlier than being despatched for a medical examination.
