Bleu accepts that she’s obese, and needed to make that clear to JB earlier than they made any form of dedication.

“As a bigger woman,” she informed the Love Don’t Judge podcast, “I was still very self-conscious about putting myself out there. I made sure I sent him a picture from every angle.

“I let him know my weight, my height and his response back to me was ‘You’re beautiful, I don’t care what size you are’.”

“He was sentenced to 30 years on the age of 17,” Bleu said.

“He’s done 11 so far and he has to do 15 to be eligible for parole, which is going to be February 2028.

In the meantime, they talk every day, and Bleu is still hoping she can get her family to understand why she decided she had to get married to him.

“I think my biggest regret when getting married was the fact that my parents weren’t there,” she said. “I told them over the phone because I was scared of looking them in the eye and seeing the disappointment in my dad’s face.”
