Bloke spots ‘massive cat’ that ‘strikes like a lynx’ however some aren’t so certain it is actual
When Lewis Dailly and his household made the journey as much as Coniston in Cumbria from their Wolverhampton house one factor they actually did not count on to see was a “big cat”.
The holidaymaker claims footage that he handily captured exhibits a mysterious “lynx-like” beast prowling round within the countryside.
He stated: “I was getting ready in the morning, looked out the window, and I’ve seen something that caught my eye – like an animal thing.

“So I picked up the iPad and I just started filming it. I was a bit shocked. I thought it looked like a lynx. It’s something I’m not used to seeing.”

He shortly made his option to inform his household of his thrilling discovery, however a lot to his disappointment the “big cat” was gone. After posting the video on-line many agreed that he may need caught a “lynx” on digital camera.
But others have been a bit sceptical of Dailly’s intriguing discover with one individual writing: “Looking at the size of the bushes, I’d say that was a domestic cat,” whereas one other quipped: “These videos have the same quality as the supposed Bigfoot ones.”
One individual stated: “Looks like a lynx to me, from the tail to the full fur, it moves like a lynx. They have a sort of heavy grace when walking. Well done.”

Another commented: “Until you see one with your own eyes, I get it – you just wouldn’t believe it! Great find, great spot, great footage.”
After receiving a combined response from believers and non-believers Dailly stated “everyone’s entitled to their opinion”, including: “Some people think it looks like a lynx – they’re saying by the movement and the stockiness of it as well.
“And some other people are trying to say that it’s not. They’re just trying to say it’s bad quality so you can’t actually tell.”
Dailly’s not alone in having spotted a “big cat” – tens of thousands of people follow online groups espousing the existence of wild big cats in the British countryside.
“I used to think there was big cats in the UK,” he said. “But then I thought it wasn’t possible until I’ve seen this. I’d seen it on videos but not with my own eyes.”
