“On our wedding day he made really really inappropriate comments about spotting the ghost of Marilyn Monroe in the church,” Brocarde solely revealed in Daily Star’s My Colourful Life sequence.

“And, as you can imagine, on your wedding day your groom turning around and making a rude comment about a female, or anyone at all…‌if you want to date a ghost, why propose to me? It didn’t make any sense. It was like I was being tormented and played with.

“I simply began to seek out it fairly a darkish relationship to be in. To be somebody who’s so outgoing and so bubbly and so excited by life, I felt like I used to be getting dragged down by it.

“And sort of being married to a ghost was becoming my whole identity. I couldn’t really do anything without that being mentioned. It did take over everything.”

Marilyn Monroe
Apparently, the ghost of Marilyn induced a little bit of rift between Brocarde and Edwardo

But the well-known blonde bombshell wasn’t the one A-list visitor from the useless who attended the 2022 Halloween marriage ceremony of Brocarde and Edwardo at The Asylum Chapel in London. Brocarde left the invite listing to Edwardo which attracted numerous well-known spirits, together with notorious lothario Henry VIII.

Although Edwardo had his head turned by Marilyn, Brocarde wished she knew who else was in attendance as she might need saved herself a ‘torturous’ marriage by getting hitched to celeb spirit as an alternative of the ‘rugged’ Victorian ghost.

Brocarde continued: “The weird thing was with Edwardo I didn’t know who he wanted to invite so we had an open invitation to people living or dead apparently Henry VIII, Johnny Cash and all these people showed up at the church.

“And I used to be like oh my god, I want I knew that ghost of Johnny Cash was there as perhaps I’d have thought twice and married him as an alternative.

“It was mad because I didn’t know if Edwardo’s family was going to turn up, I kind of thought that the way it should be. Let the groom invite who he wants to invite and take his word for whoever has turned up I guess.”

On reflection, Brocarde realised that being in a relationship with one within the after-life wouldn’t result in a fortunately ever after. She famous that Edwardo wasn’t prepared for that degree of dedication, regardless of his 100 plus years on earth – useless or alive.

Before marriage, the connection felt “saucy” and “sexy”. But it turned out that Brocarde and Edwardo weren’t a match made in heaven after making issues official on the alter.

She defined: “I feel like the wedding was almost the beginning of the end of our relationship because I feel like that step to make it really serious and me publicly declaring my love for a ghost it took it to a level where it was unsustainable in the real world if that makes sense.

“Before that, it was the saucy and attractive encounter which was thrilling. But taking it to the wedding degree realizing that he could not commit correctly or realizing he wasn’t going to be current on a regular basis. I really feel like that added a component of, not strain, however it highlighted the failings in our relationship.

“In the beginning him not showing up whenever I wanted him to be there was kind of hot and interesting. But when you’re married to someone, you do need them to show up all the time.

“You cannot have them drifting off on days on finish and never being current for key moments in your life. So I really feel like what attracted me put me off in the long run.”
