Shocking second suspected robber ‘pours petrol on store employee’

This is the surprising second a suspected robber allegedly poured petrol on a store employee and chased them round a retailer. 

Footage reveals a masked man wearing a gray hoodie and black trousers coming into the store holding what seems to be a petroleum canister.

The incident occurred on the Beechwood Convenience Store in Grimsby, at 6.30am on January 9. 

The vendor was restocking milk when he was approached by the alleged robber, who then appeared to tip the gasoline over him.

The alleged attacker then continued to chase the person across the retailer, earlier than following him exterior. 

A 43-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of theft. He has since been launched on bail with circumstances while Humberside Police proceed their enquiries.

A spokesperson for the pressure stated: ‘The incident occurred at round 6.30am when a person reportedly entered the store and threw petrol at a employees member earlier than threatening him with a knife and a lighter.

‘The suspect then allegedly took a drawer from the until, containing money, and fled the premises.’
