Mo Salah’s damage ‘extra severe than first thought’ in enormous blow for Reds followers

The damage of Liverpool winger Mohamed Salah is ‘extra severe than first thought’ in a crushing blow for Reds followers.

His agent Ramy Abbas wrote an announcement on X (previously referred to as Twitter) which learn: “Mohamed’s injury is more serious than first thought and he will be out for 21-28 days, and not 2 games.

“His greatest probability at collaborating within the present AFCON is by present process intensive rehabilitation within the uk and rejoining the workforce as quickly as he’s match.”

The Egyptian suffered a hamstring injury in his nation’s 2-2 draw with Ghana in the Africa Cup of Nations last Thursday (January 18) and was forced off in the first half.

Liverpool fans were left devastated at the injury of their talisman in the middle of a promising season that could result in silverware given their position at the top of the Premier League table. Their worry, however, was eased when the Egypt FA announced that the 31-year-old would only miss two games of the competition.

An extra replace to Salah’s damage story was added as Jurgen Klopp then introduced that Salah will return to the membership to bear rehab and can “in all probability” return to Ivory Coast if Egypt make it through to the semi-finals of the competition.
