Ms Prakenree added: ‘He knocked my mom in regulation and my husband off once they tried to cease the automobile. I reduce footages out when my mom in regulation was knocked over. It is difficult to look at.’

A Scotland Yard spokesperson mentioned: ‘An investigation is ongoing following this stunning incident.

‘A canine that was within the automobile when it was stolen was fortunately discovered protected and effectively by a member of the general public a short while later in Wickham Street, Welling.
