Ukraine-Russia warfare stay: Ukrainian drone targets St Petersburg oil refinery
A Ukrainian drone exploded at an oil refinery in St Petersburg within the early hours of Wednesday morning.
A supply within the HUR army intelligence company instructed the RBC-Ukraine information company that it was accountable for the 4am assault on the Nevsky Mazut refinery, greater than 500 miles north of Ukraine.
