Rishi Sunak has refused to apologise to Brianna Ghey’s father over the transgender jibe he delivered at PMQs yesterday. 

The Prime Minister insisted his feedback had been “absolutely legitimate” as a result of he was mentioning Sir Keir Starmer’s U-turns.
