A sexy bloke caught masturbating in a library gave cops the slip as they tried to cuff him – with the assistance of an “unknown substance” on his palms.
Mark Cowart, 25, initially averted arrest as a result of his slippy palms when police in Nashville turned as much as Vanderbilt University Divinity Library.

Metropolitan Nashville Police Department had been known as on Tuesday, February 6, to reviews of a person watching pornography on a pc on the second ground of the library.
The drive then acquired a second name reporting the person was now actively masturbating.

When officers arrived, they noticed Cowart sitting at a pc watching porn along with his sweatpants pulled down and his palms in his boxers, “actively masturbating.”
A police report says the arresting officers famous there was an M&M tube positioned close to the pc, which contained a glass pipe and tobacco.
At least seven individuals witnessed Cowart masturbating contained in the library.
Cowart was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on February 6, charged with public indecency, resisting arrest, and trespass.
A judicial commissioner set his bond at $3,500.

Despite the severity of his costs, social media customers noticed the humorous facet of his sticky state of affairs.
