Manhunt for thug who attacked man in ‘racially motivated’ assault

  •  The assault occurred late within the night on November 3 2023

A CCTV picture has been launched of a person suspected of attacking a 60-year-old in a ‘racially motivated’ assault.

The Metropolitan Police have launched the picture as part of a manhunt for a suspect who knocked a person in his 60s to the bottom and assaulted him on November 3 2024 at round 9.50pm.

The incident occurred at Garden’s Food and Wine in Manchester Road on the Isle of Dogs. The sufferer was taken to hospital the place he was handled for minor accidents.

Police say they’re treating the assault as racially motivated and, after launching an investigation, the Met recovered the CCTV from the store with the purpose of hopefully naming the thug who carried out the assault.
