Three ‘lovely’ youngsters discovered useless in Bristol residence named for first time

Mohamed Al Fil Bashh, who was simply 10 month outdated, died alongside his 10-year-old brother Fares and seven-year-old sister Jory. A 42-year-old lady has been arrested on suspicion of homicide.

Neighbours stated the youngsters’s mum was “lovely”, “really gentle” and “always had a smile on her face.”
Chief Inspector Vicks Hayward-Melen stated: “We were first called by a member of the public who was concerned for the welfare of the occupants early on Sunday. Officers arrived at about 12.40am and found three children whose lives could not be saved.
“Forensic publish mortem examinations will now be carried out on the youngsters to ascertain the reason for loss of life. It’s vital we do not give additional element on this till the correct processes have been carried out.
“The post mortem examinations are not likely to be completed until the middle to the end of this week at the earliest. Formal identification has not yet taken place but we believe the victims are a boy aged seven, a girl of three and a 10-month-old boy.
“Their subsequent of kin have been knowledgeable and are being given all the assistance and help they want by specialist household liaison officers. A 42-year-old lady was arrested on the scene and brought to hospital as a result of accidents she’d sustained.
“Her condition is not life threatening and she remains in police custody at this time.”
Avon and Somerset Police Crime Commissioner Mark Shelford stated: “The deaths of these children is heart breaking. There are questions to be asked about how such an appalling event has occurred and what could have been done to prevent it.”
