Bullseye legend and darts commentator Tony Green has died aged 85 after a battle with Alzheimer’s.
Green was the announcer and co-host of the beloved darts recreation present from 1982 to 1995.
His loss of life comes 4 years after fellow Bullseye host Jim Bowen handed away in March 2018 aged 80.
Bullseye wrote in a press release at present: ‘It’s with a really heavy coronary heart that we announce the passing of our expensive pal and far liked colleague Mr Tony Green.
‘Tony handed away peacefully at present after an extended battle with Alzheimer’s.
‘Our love, ideas and prayers exit to all of Tony’s household, who we maintain such affection for, to all of Tony mates and those that had been fortunate sufficient to work with him.
‘Thank you Tony for all of the recollections, all of the laughs (and belief us there have been many!) and all of the particular instances filming Bullseye collectively, what great years these had been and we’re honoured to have shared them with you.
‘You can be missed our expensive pal.’
