Beneath this a message reads, “Joan loved this park.” Next to Joan’s plaque lives an identical signal for ‘Charles (Chic) Youngson’ who was born in 1931 and died in 2017.

“Chic loved Joan,” the message beneath says. But, the unique poster to Reddit quipped: “I feel kind of sorry for Charles.”
