Wrexham CEO leaving membership as Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney make modifications

Wrexham CEO Fleur Robinson will leave the club at the end of the season.

Robinson has overseen day-to-day operations at the Red Dragons for the past three years. During that time the Welsh side have gone from strength to strength both on and off the pitch under the ownership of Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds.

Phil Parkinson’s side ended their Football League exile last season, returning to the EFL from the National League. And they went back to back in the current campaign, finishing second in the fourth-tier to earn promotion to League One.

Robinson has been imperative to the club’s success behind the scenes in that time. Reynolds and McElhenney paid tribute to her in a statement posted on the club’s official website.

It said: “We are extremely grateful for all that Fleur has done in transforming the club over the past couple of years and we wish her every success with her future plans.”

Robinson herself added: “It has been a privilege to lead Wrexham as CEO for past three years. I am proud that I leave the club in a much better position on and off the pitch than when I arrived.”
