Doc struck off for intercourse at GP surgical procedure starred in ‘The Full English’ grownup shoot

A doctor struck off for having sex with women in his GP surgery took part in a homemade porn photoshoot.

Tom Plimmer, 40, was barred for life from the job this week after he told a medical tribunal he had been receiving help for sex addiction. He argued he had turned a corner after he found a stable partner and joined a church community.

Before changing his ways, however, Plimmer took part in an X-rated photoshoot for an online publication called The Full English. Most of the snaps, taken in March 2023, are too graphic to show but feature Plimmer engaging in sex acts with women identified as Louise and Lilli.

One set of pics were dated from a time when Plimmer had been told he was under investigation by the General Medical Council over serious sexual allegations. The others were dated August and October 2022.

A former girlfriend of Dr Plimmer told the Daily Mail: “To some people it will seem incredibly blatant that a medical professional would put himself in such danger of being exposed. But you have to know him to realise that, really, he doesn’t care. The only thing he really cares about is his next sexual encounter and everything else is secondary to that.

“It caused a certain amount of shock when the pictures on The Full English were noticed by someone he’d slept with in the past and then the link was circulated.”

On the website Plimmer used the name Jeremy and was identified as a teacher. However, his ex said there was “no mistaking” who was in the images.

The Full English is described as a rival to OnlyFans for the “straight, white guy next door.” Its website says: “The Full English was originally created in 2009 as a photographic showcase for a few amateur straight guys in the UK wanting to enter the adult industry.

“Long before OnlyFans came along we were putting the spotlight on handsome blokes next door and following the development of our own films, the website has become an entertainment production in its own right.”

Plimmer joined the site as a model in August 2022, a year after the most recent allegation he was facing at the time.

The site said of him: “Some time ago one of our readers told us she’d found the perfect model for the site: intelligent, handsome and quite the exhibitionist. He seemed to have no qualms about modelling for us either, except, oh dear, he was quite high up in education, a school teacher basically. So that was the end of that. Until a few weeks ago.

“Suddenly Jeremy is no longer a teacher, he says he’s going sideways in a round about manner. Whatever that means we decided to strike while the iron was hot.”

The photoshoot was not part of the allegations against Plimmer. The hearing determined he sent unsolicited sexual images to several women and requested for snaps of the victims to be sent in return. One complainant, Colleague A, claimed it was routine to find Plimmer performing a sexual act on himself at his surgery.

Claire Lindley, chair of the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service panel, said at the hearing: “Dr Plimmer, we have considered your case carefully and we have listened carefully to the submissions made on your behalf. However, the tribunal has decided your behaviour was fundamentally incompatible with being a doctor and the tribunal has decided to erase your name from the medical register.”

The panel concluded Plimmer was guilty of seven complaints he had previously denied.
