Clumsy Tesla driver left bleeding after making large parking blunder

A clumsy Tesla driver’s parking fail left him needing stitches after he received a nasty gash to his leg.

The unnamed electric vehicle owner posted a photo of the gruesome cut on his leg after parking his truck on “an incline”. Blaming himself for the grisly wound didn’t stop mockery from vocal critics of Elon Musk’s car company.

Warning other Tesla Cybertruck drivers to be careful when closing their doors, the unnamed man’s injury was added to a long-running list of Tesla fails, posted to X (formerly Twitter).

The injured Cybertruck owner wrote: “Be careful when closing your Cybertruck door! I parked on an incline, exited the truck and as I was closing the door I manage to clip the very corner of the door against my leg.

“When I got home the wife said I needed to go get stitches, so I did. I’m clumsy, so this is 100% my fault lol. I still love the truck!”

Along with the caption, he shared a bloody image of an open wound on his knee. And some social media users sympathised with him.

“That’s such a nasty cut lmfao brother you are not at fault,” one user wrote. Other users mocked the Cybertruck owner and were horrified by his decision to not receive stitches until his significant other intervened.

Elon Musk’s cybertruck has proven controversial with Twitter users

One shocked social media user said: “He didn’t think that needed stitches?” while another was dumbfounded by the “unbelievable” format of the post. Referring to a number of Tesla troubles in the thread, one user fumed at the nasty leg gash.

“It’s unbelievable that all of these Musk fan posts always have the same format: “Sir, your vehicle almost killed me and my family, but it was my fault. I still love you and this car!,” their post read.

Another joked the Tesla Cybertruck was the modern-day equivalent of Moon Shoes.

“I feel like the Cybertruck is basically the same thing as the 1990s Moon Shoes, they wrote. “We so desperately wanted something new and futuristic that we sacrificed all our coolness, common sense, and bodily safety for it.”
