Buckingham Palace want ‘fizz and pleasure of Sussex duo’ over Kate and Will

Buckingham Palace is in need of the “fizz and excitement” Prince Harry and Meghan Markle provide.

It could be a favoured energy over Prince William and Princess Kate, an expert has alleged, as the Palace looks to inject new life into their public image. The boom of energy brought on by the Sussex duo may even “torment” King Charles III.

Writing in her column for news.com.au, Daniela Elser alleged the Royal Family would need a burst of life similar to the active style of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry
The Sussex duo brought a ‘fizz’ to the Royal Family

She wrote: “Buckingham Palace needed the fizz and delight and excitement that Harry and Meghan brought with them to the royal cause, a truism that has never been more painfully clear than with William and Kate out of the picture right now.”

But this energy was always available to the family and made itself clear during early appearances from the pair, which has left active members red-faced in their inability to keep the spirited public image going.

Elser added: “That photo of the duchess at that 2018 garden party, her very first public duty as an HRH, should be one that comes back to torment the King as he sleeplessly stares up at his hand painted trompe l’oeil ceiling.

Will and Kate do not appear to ‘delight’ audiences quite like Prince Harry and Meghan Markle

“If only someone sanguine, someone neutral, someone who could take the longer, dispassionate view, had interceded back then. If only…”

It comes as Prince William has been warned he must make an “incredibly difficult” choice in the coming months, with a royal expert suggesting the crown may not be as guaranteed for the heir to the throne as first thought.

A friend of the prince told Roya Nikkhah this week: “I don’t know how he managed to keep doing all of that, knowing what he was going through, while the world was ridiculing and throwing shit at his wife while she was having chemotherapy.
